AHC is the master developer of Church Street Plaza, a major mixed-use project in downtown Evanston, Illinois opened to the public in phases starting in November of 2000. Church Street Plaza is anchored by Century Theatres, which offers distinct state-of-the-art Art House and General Audience cinemas totaling 3,400 seats in 18 auditoriums along with a two-level Borders Books and Music store. Other key tenants include Wolfgang Puck Grand Cafe, Urban Outfitters, Cost Plus World Market, Chili's, The Art Store, Fifth Third Bank, Noodles & Co. and EB Games. The new neighborhood offers approximately 185,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, a Hilton Garden Inn with 178 guest rooms and conference facilities, 205 high-end condominium units by AHC. , and a 1,400-car municipal parking garage.
AHC acted as co-developer for the Denver Pavilions, a 350,000 square foot multi-level urban retail development located on the 16th Street Pedestrian Mall in the heart of downtown Denver. By restoring two previously underutilized blocks to active use, the Denver Pavilions has become a critical component of Denver's downtown revitalization efforts. Considered one of the most significant urban entertainment retail projects in the United States, the Denver Pavilions brought a variety of major tenants to downtown Denver including Gap, Limited, Ann Taylor, Niketown, Barnes & Noble, Wolfgang Puck Cafe, a United Artist multiplex theatre, Maggiano's, Corner Bakery and numerous specialty tenants. The Denver Pavilions opened in November of 1998 to considerable local acclaim and has since been the recipient of major national awards.

Description:
Church Street Plaza (CSP) offers three separate entertainment-retail venues:
Main Pavilion: The Main Pavilion is anchored by Century Theatres, which offers distinct Art House and General Audience cinemas totaling 3,400 seats in 18 auditoriums. Stadium seating, state-of-the-art sound and innovative concessions make this one of the country's most advanced theater facilities. Restaurant and retail tenants include Wolfgang Puck Grand Café, Urban Outfitters, Cost Plus World Market, Chili's, The Art Store, Maple Avenue Gallery, and Sprint. The Pavilion is 95+% leased and occupied.
CSP South: In May 2002 Church Street Plaza opened 10,000 square feet of streetfront retail and restaurant space at 900-950 Church, part of a new ±200,000 sq.ft. office building on the south side of Church Street. Tenants include Noodles & Co., Marble Slab Creamery, EB Games, and STA Travel.
CSP Point: May 2003 saw the opening of a two-level Borders Books, Music, Video & Café as well as Francesca's Collections boutique. A full-service Fifth Third Bank branch opened to the public in January 2004.
