Denver Pavilions

Denver Pavilions

The Denver Pavilions, opened in 1998 to considerable local and national acclaim, restored two previously underutilized downtown blocks along the 16th Street Pedestrian Mall to active use. Arthur Hill & Co. LLC (AHC) acted as co-developer of this complex project, the first true urban retail entertainment development in the United States. The Pavilions (designed by ELS/Elbasani & Logan Architects) opened over 95% leased to a variety of major national tenants, including United Artists Theaters, NIKETOWN, Virgin Megastore, Hard Rock Cafe and Barnes & Noble. Denver Pavilions, along with its signature "DENVER" marquee, has become a worldwide symbol of the city and has won numerous awards, including the prestigious International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) award for Innovative Design and Construction of a New Project in 2001.

In its capacity as co-General Partner, AHC recently managed the competitive disposition of the Pavilions, including the process of interviewing and selecting a broker, preparing marketing materials, meeting with prospective buyers, negotiating the Purchase and Sale Agreement and coordinating due diligence.
