Harbourside

The AHC Metro Realty Funds purchased Harbourside in January 2009 on an accelerated acquisition schedule of approximately four weeks. AHC negotiated directly with the lender, who took control of the property after the previous owner defaulted on its mortgage.

Harbourside is situated on the western shore of Old Tampa Bay, adjacent to US-Highway 19, with convenient access to the Courtney Campbell (Highway 60) and Howard Franklin (I-275) bridges to Tampa.
