Park 270 I & II

Park 270 I & II

A representative AHC Metro Realty Fund acquisition is Park 270 II in St. Louis, Missouri. This 152,000 square foot suburban office building was acquired from a CIGNA managed entity and closed on schedule in December 2003 at the contract price. In January 2007, the AHC Metro Realty Funds acquired the adjacent 122,000 square foot building, Park 270 I.

The properties are strategically located in St. Louis County adjacent to the interchange of I-270 and Page Ave. The location near the border of St. Charles and St. Louis County gives the properties a suburban feel while having city amenities only a short distance away. During AHC's ownership, the buildings hosted nationally recognized, credit tenants such as XTRA Lease, Sprint Communications, The Doe Run Resources Corporation, and JPMorgan Chase.

Soon after AHC reassembled the campus, it accepted an unsolicited purchase proposal and closed the sale of the unified Park 270 campus in October 2007.
