Arthur J. Hill, founder and Chairman, leads development projects and is directly involved with all acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Hill holds a Bachelor's degree from Stanford University and an MBA from UCLA. Prior to forming AHC, Mr. Hill served as Chairman of Homart Development Co. and later as Chairman of its parent, the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group. Mr. Hill has personally negotiated over $3 billion in real estate transactions.

Bruce A. Reid, President and Chief Operating Officer, oversees all advisory services and is directly involved with all acquisitions, dispositions and major lease negotiations. Prior to joining AHC, Mr. Reid was the senior officer responsible for Administration for Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group, and was one of the three founding owners of Coldwell Banker Canada Inc. Mr. Reid holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario. Mr. Reid is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois and several other states, and holds the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

Tom C. Zabor, Vice President, Acquisitions and Development, manages development projects, directs the acquisitions/dispositions process, and works with lenders to secure and manage debt arrangements for the AHC portfolio. Mr. Zabor has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Dayton, is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois, and holds the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

John M. Stoops, Director of Finance and Planning, oversees all finance and accounting functions at AHC, including investor relations and account management, and is actively involved with all acquisitions, dispositions, and major lease negotiations. Mr. Stoops holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Stanford University, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois.

Robert Y. Gilbert, Director of Asset Management and Operations, oversees management of assets in the AHC portfolio, including leasing, operations, capital improvement and disposition. Mr. Gilbert holds a Bachelor's degree from Wake Forest University and a Master's degree from Sir John Cass Business School, City University - London, England, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois.
