Sunset Commons, acquired by AHC in January 2005, is a 5-story office building located in the southwest St. Louis, Missouri area. Situated on 4.02 acres, it contains approximately 75,000 rentable square feet, and has been at least 90% occupied throughout most of AHC's ownership. The property is located just east of the I-270 and I-44 interchange, which provides easy access to all major roadways that lead to both downtown St. Louis and Lambert International Airport.
